Under the standard plans, SERVITH owns the site, including its source code and design, and you use it for your business while your plan is active; source code is not provided. With the Source Code Handover option, ownership of the site transfers to you. Content you supply, such as your logo, text and images, always remains yours. Switching to a new design requires a separate website development plan.

Not yourself, no. Under the standard plans the source code is not provided, so changes go through the maintenance service — you send a request and we make the change. The Source Code Handover option transfers the code to you, and from then on changes are made in the code, which needs a developer. Submit requests at portal.servith.com.

A website needs hosting to be online, but it does not have to be ours. With Fully Managed + Hosting we host and run the site for you; with One-time Infrastructure Setup we set the site up on hosting you own, and you run it from then on. Hosting plan details are available on the pricing page.

Yes. We offer customized web design services based on your needs. If you have a preferred style, share it with us. Clients provide their logo and content, and the site remains SERVITH's property unless you take the Source Code Handover option.

Responsibility for copyright issues related to client-provided images or videos rests with the client who supplied the materials. We build the website based on the content provided, and it is the client's responsibility to ensure the materials are free of copyright issues.

If a managed plan ends without source code handover, your logo, address, images and video are removed from the site, and the site is either taken offline or kept online without your content. We can return the content you supplied on request. To keep the site, arrange the Source Code Handover before the plan ends. Details are in our Terms of Service.

We prioritize stable operation and rapid recovery, but to the extent permitted by law we do not compensate for direct or indirect losses caused by service disruptions. Details are in our Terms of Service.

Yes, through the Source Code Handover option. It is priced at 100% of that site’s build fee, and the same rate applies whether you include it at build time or take it later. Handover transfers ownership of the site to you, set up on your own infrastructure, and the GitHub repository is moved to your account; from then on hosting, errors, security and operation are yours, and changes are made in the code, so they need a developer. Once handed over the site is outside SERVITH hosting, management plans and incident support. No. We build with Next.js and deploy the site as static files, so there are no plugins to keep updated, no plugin conflicts to break a page, and pages load faster. If your current WordPress site is slow, keeps breaking, or has been compromised, we can rebuild it on our stack and bring your existing content across.
